Yes. A parent or guardian or teacher should remain available at the venue.

Children should wear comfortable sportswear and running shoes. Parents may also carry water, any required medicines and other personal essentials for their child.

The marathon route will be organised with event staff and volunteers to help guide participants.

There will be on ground medical team for the baisc first aid and an ambulance facility for any emergency.

Parents should also inform the team in advance if their child has any medical condition or special requirement

Yes, Every Child will receive the finisher medal and e-certifcate of participation along with Tshirt and refreshments.

The KIDYWIDY Marathon – 2nd Edition: “Har Kadam Desh Ke Naam” will take place on Sunday, 25th October 2026, at the iconic F1 racing circuit, Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida.

The scheduled flag-off timings are:

• 2 km (8–12+ years): 7:30 AM

• 1 km (5–8 years): 8:00 AM

• 500 m (up to 5 years): 8:30 AM

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your child’s scheduled flag-off if you have already collected the T-shirt and bib. If collecting them at the venue, arrive at least 60 minutes before flag-off. Allow additional time for travelling from the entry point to the main racing track.

If you miss your scheduled slot, a final flag-off for all age groups will take place at 10:00 AM.

You can collect your child’s T-shirt and bib in advance at:

• Address: B-13, Basement, Sector 63, Noida

• Dates: 23rd and 24th October 2026

• Time: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

T-shirts and bibs will also be available at the event venue on 25th October 2026. For event-day collection, please arrive at least one hour before your child’s scheduled flag-off.

Yes, parents can arrange their own Porter or courier pickup from B-13, Basement, Sector 63, Noida, during collection hours.

Before pickup, WhatsApp your Event Booking ID and your child’s registration details or screenshot to one of the coordinators below. Confirm your child’s T-shirt size and run category so our team can pack the correct items and hand them to your delivery partner.

Please coordinate with one contact only. All pickup and delivery charges must be paid by the parent.

Please follow the designated entry point location when arriving at Buddh International Circuit. This is the first-level entry point; the main racing track is further inside the circuit.

For cab bookings, use the final destination location.

Hop-on, hop-off buses will operate every 15 minutes inside the circuit to help participants and families reach the main racing track. Please allow time for this internal journey. Ample parking is available for families travelling in private vehicles.

Please bring your child’s bib and a signed copy of the consent form. The bib serves as the participant’s official entry pass and is mandatory. If you have not collected it in advance, please arrive early to collect it at the venue along with the T-shirt.

Refreshments will be provided for all participating children. A café will also be available where parents and accompanying family members can purchase food and beverages, including poha, aloo paratha, sandwiches, tea and cold drinks.
