At KidyWidy, our mission is to provide parents with a safe, reliable, and hassle-free experience when booking services, events, or activities for kids. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund, reschedule your booking, or receive a credit.

1. Ticket Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your ticket, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid for the ticket, provided:

• The cancellation is requested at least 2 days before the event starts.
• The cancellation complies with the event partner’s applicable policies.

For cancellations under this section, the remaining 50% of the ticket amount is non-refundable.

2. Easy Rescheduling

If you cannot attend an event on the scheduled date, you may request to reschedule your booking by:

• Sending a WhatsApp message or calling +91 88000 94985
• Following the event partner’s rescheduling rules

Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation from the event partner.

3. Handling Price Errors

Sometimes, a ticket may display an incorrect price due to a technical or listing mistake. In such cases, KidyWidy will:

• Notify you about the correct price
• Give you the option to confirm your booking at the updated price
• Allow you to cancel the order and receive a full refund if payment has already been made

If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling or Material Changes

If an event is cancelled, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid for the ticket. If the event is rescheduled or undergoes a significant change and you are unable to attend, you may request the same 50% refund.

Significant changes may include:

• A change in the event date or venue
• Major alterations to the planned programme or activity

For High Security Zones Area

India Gate is a high-security zone. For events held at India Gate, the venue, schedule or arrangements may be subject to change due to VVIP movement, security protocols, government directions or law-and-order requirements. Any updates will be communicated to participants promptly.

If these circumstances result in cancellation, rescheduling or a significant change, the 50% refund policy stated in this section will apply.

Minor adjustments that do not significantly affect the overall event experience do not qualify for a refund.

5. Refund Process

• To request a refund, send a WhatsApp message or call +91 88000 94985 with your booking details.
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
• Once processed, funds are typically credited within 7–15 business days.
• If you have any concerns about a refund or credit received, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can review the issue.
