The cancellation follows the policies of the partner.

2. Easy Rescheduling
Life happens! If you cannot attend an event on the scheduled date, most tickets can be rescheduled easily by:

3. Handling Price Errors
Sometimes, a ticket may display an incorrect price due to a technical or listing mistake. In such cases, KidyWidy will:
Notify you immediately about the correct price
Give you the option to confirm your booking at the updated price
Allow you to cancel the order and receive a full refund if payment has already been made
If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled to ensure fairness and transparency.
4. Event Cancellation or Material Changes
If an event is cancelled or undergoes a significant change from what was originally advertised, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (or the discounted price if the event partner reduces it).
Material changes may include:
Event cancellation
Major alterations to the planned program or activity
Non-material changes such as minor adjustments (e.g., using understudies for a performance) do not qualify for a refund.
For rescheduled events, if you are unable to attend the new date, KidyWidy will work with the event partner to find a solution; however, refunds cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Funds are typically credited within 2–5 business days.
Refunds or credits must be rejected within 30 days of receipt. If no rejection is made, the refund is considered accepted as full and final settlement of any claims related to the purchase.
